Terms & Conditions

Clear expectations. Better projects. These terms apply to creative, digital, web, editing, music production, merchandise, and related services provided by Xternal Vision.
Last updated: August 25, 2026

1. Project Approval

Submitting a project request does not guarantee acceptance. Xternal Vision reviews project scope, timeline, fit, and availability before work begins.

2. Payments

Approved projects are invoiced through Wave. Work begins only after the required payment or deposit has been received. Remaining balances must be paid before final delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, approved text, logos, images, references, access credentials, and other materials needed to complete the project.

4. Revisions

Revisions are limited to the agreed project scope. Additional rounds, major concept changes, or requests outside the original scope may require additional payment.

5. Timelines

Estimated turnaround times begin after payment and receipt of all required project materials. Delays in communication, approvals, content, or access may extend the timeline.

6. Final Delivery

Final files and deliverables may be withheld until the account balance is paid in full. Editable or source files are included only when specifically agreed to.

7. Websites

Website projects may involve third-party platforms, domains, hosting, plugins, payment providers, or integrations. Clients are responsible for third-party fees and accounts they own unless otherwise agreed.

8. Custom Merch

Merchandise projects may include design, mockups, or production coordination. Final print colors, garment fit, placement, and material appearance may vary slightly from digital previews.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final approved deliverables included in the project scope, except third-party assets, fonts, templates, stock materials, or licensed elements subject to their own licenses.

10. Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Xternal Vision may display completed work in portfolios, social media, promotional materials, and case studies.

11. Project Inactivity

Projects may be paused or closed when a client becomes unresponsive for an extended period. Restarting may require a new timeline, quote, or restart fee.

12. Third-Party Content

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, photos, music, text, trademarks, artwork, or other materials they provide.

13. Acceptance Of Terms

By approving a quote, paying a Wave invoice, submitting payment, or authorizing Xternal Vision to begin work, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Refund & Revision Policy.
